Now that you’re ready to integrate with the Fire platform, our 8 step process will get you up and running as soon as possible whilst our fully staffed, expert support team will be available to you 24/7 for any extra assistance needed. As a dynamic and versatile organisation, we are able to deliver your project at the highest of standards and optimal timing.
From emergency projects which necessitate speed we’ve taken a matter of hours and our general projects average from 8-12 weeks from start to finish.
Demonstration
During the demonstration you will have time with one of our technical sales specialists who will discuss your requirements and give you a full demonstration of our products.
Our Proposal
We gather data about your business requirements and setup. Once we have this, we will provide you with an easy-to- read quotation so that you know the cost and details of our proposal.
Proof of concept
Focusing on proving that key assumptions are correct and that the software works as intended. By identifying potential challenges and limitations early, a PoC helps stakeholders make informed decisions about how best to move forwards with full-scale deployment.
Planning
Once you are happy with the proposal a detailed project plan will be put in place. Your Technical Account Manager will define timescales and key milestones.
Implementation
Regular communication among key stakeholders and your dedicated Technical Account Manager will lead to your assigned go-live date with introduction to our live customer support team.
Results
Once go-live has happened, there will be a period where the results and data will be monitored and a meeting will be put in place to make sure expected results are being realised.
Ongoing Support
The Fire support team are always available to help you with our software or any issues you might experience. Our infrastructure is monitored automatically 24 hours a day.
