The Fire solution has never used proprietary phones, voice agents can receive calls on a landline, mobile, office PBX, sip phone, softphone or Teams. Non-voice agents simply require access to the internet.

Landline and mobile calls are only ever inbound to the agent so they will never incur costs for the agents. Agents that occasionally work from home or have poor internet can use their own phones with no charge to them. Those that can take voip calls can do so securely.
